Is Google next on Apple’s list?

Possibly, but Google does not make direct revenue from Android since they give it away to manufacturers – so damages would be hard to seek in a case. The only difference here is the Nexus S is a Google phone that just happens to be manufactured by Samsung. So can Apple go after Google now? Possibly but going after manufacturers is easier and hits Android where it hurts because without companies making Android devices that generate ad revenue, Google makes $0 from Android.
