Microsoft confirms October 25 launch for Windows 8

Windows 8 is a very different experience from previous releases. The pundits have spoken, now it is time to see how the general public responds. My guess is it will be a bumpy ride at first but eventually will change the way we perceive Windows altogether. Bold move from Microsoft.
